On June 1, 2025, Logan Street Baptist Church voted to approve building a 12,800 square-foot addition containing a gym with additional classroom space.  The ultimate purpose of this building is so we can have room to reach more people in our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and see those who already know Him grow in a deeper relationship with Him This will be accomplished by allowing us to expand our children, youth, daycare, and young family ministries.  The gym will provide us with much needed space for recreational activities as well as fellowship events (see video below).   Our fundraising campaign is entitled Kingdom Investment, and it reminds us that contributions to our new building are an investment in God’s Kingdom and the lives of current and future generations as we live out our mission at Logan Street Baptist Church.

The total cost of this building is 2.1 million dollars.  God has already gracioulsy provided half of the needed funds, so the total needed to be raised is 1 million dollars.  We are asking everyone to pray about what God would have you give to this important effort.  On July 13, 2025 we will have a special commitment time during the morning worship service where you will be asked to turn in the amount God is leading you to give.  The window for our fundrasing effort is now until the end of 2026.
